Financial Policy
 Our doctor and staff are proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive periodontal services available today. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.
Periodontal Exam/ Emergency and other Single Visit appointments
For single-visit procedures, our policy is that payment is due in full at the time of service. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover). For those patients with dental insurance, we will gladly submit your forms for you if you wish.
Periodontal Treatment Appointments
For all periodontal scaling, root planing and surgical procedures, payment is due in full at the time of service. For those patients with dental insurance, you will be responsible for the co-payment only, due by the last treatment visit. We will submit your insurance pre-determination and collect from the carrier directly. If there is an insurance dispute, we will make every effort to intervene for you, but you are ultimately responsible for all balances due.
Dental Implant Treatment
Dental Implants are not covered under many insurance plans. Since the treatment spans several months, we can arrange a payment plan for you. We also offer extended financing through CARECREDIT.
